Fermented in open top stainless steel tanks, then aged in French oak barrels, 50% new, for 16 months, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Showing dark, almost opaque edges with gorgeous notes of blackberry fruit, sage, black olive and shaved cocoa. The mouthfeel has a decadent richness and textural quality
