Mining; Buildings; People Dorothy WhyteThree men work a rocker box on Princess Street between First and Second Ave. One man pours water with a secondary use tin, gasoline can water bucket while the other stands by a wood wheelbarrow. They are working the earth from beneath gold rush era buildings to extract the gold dust that fell through the floorboards in the heyday of Dawson. Second Avenue runs behind them with the Odd Fellows Hall on the corner of Second and Princess and Ruby's beside.
