then matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years

so it was natural for us to add to this underappreciated category

The pear liqueur is infused with a hint of fresh ginger, which adds a nice spicy note. Tasting Notes Nose: A delicate aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
