Living Conditions; People Appears to be Frank BertonThis photo shows a float from the parade parked out front of an unidentifiable three story building which may have taken place during Discovery Day (August 17th). The float, which is advertising the McKinlay Bros. business, is attached to a flat bed truck. The balcony on the building is decorated with Union Jack flags and an American flag. There is a red ensiegn Canadian flag on the truck. The view is looking to the north. Note the lady with the purse
