In support of Hawkins being the first to bring tobacco to England, Edmund Howes, writing in John Stow's Annales or Generall Chronicale of England in 1631, asserts "Tobacco was first brought and made known in England by Sir John Hawkins, about the yeare 1565, but not used by Englishmen in many yeeres after"
But just because a topic inspires strong opinions doesnt make it symmetrically polarizing
Increasing the tobacco age to 21 in Delaware would reduce the likelihood that a high school student will be able to legally purchase tobacco products for themselves, other students, or underage friends
This lasts extremely well and radiates nicely, although it is true that it does become a (potent) skin scent in its final hours - ideal for when someone is breathing in the scent of your neck at the end of the day
