TAKING WEGOVY The Wegovy pen 1 The Wegovy pen starting dose is 0.25 mg once weekly Escalate the patients Wegovy dose every 4 weeks Please refer to the Prescribing Information for full dosing information If patients do not tolerate a dose during dose escalation, consider delaying dose escalation for 4 weeks The maintenance dosages of Wegovy for weight reduction in adults are 1.7 mg, 2.4 mg (recommended), or 7.2 mg injected subcutaneously once weekly The Wegovy pill 1 The Wegovy pill starting dose is 1.5 mg once daily Escalate the patients Wegovy dose every 30 days Please refer to the Prescribing Information for full dosing information If patients do not tolerate a dose during dose escalation, consider delaying dose escalation The maintenance dose of the Wegovy pill is 25 mg once daily If patients do not tolerate the 25 mg once-daily maintenance dosage, consider switching to Wegovy pen 1.7 mg once weekly Every patient is different
