Each one requires many hours of computer retouching and enhancement to bring out the color and detail that underwater photography often lacks

This one was sectioned together from dozens of separate exposures

This picture is part of my new series called Western Realty. Ive driven tens of thousands of miles on back roads all over the western United States, seeking out structures and signage that struck me as uniquely whimsical or beautiful. Afterward, I spent hundreds of hours refining my original photographs to produce the finished images you see here.
