Made from grapes picked from old vines at altitude in the Aragon region of Spain. Gently pressed, the juice is then matured for twelve months and developed into a wine that is truly special. Aromas of chocolate coated cherries and cassis with some vanilla spice lead you into a warming palate with a good tang of racy acidity. Fruit is all black cherry and bright strawberry.
