Made of silk, the backside and the top border are white with a subtle karakusa winding vine pattern, while the front side is a bright orange color with gold, red, blue, and green floral mandalas. Uchishiki is mainly used by followers of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism on the upper table (Maejyoku) and the front table (Uwajyoku) in the
