In the weeks before spring, when the days are starting to warm, but the nights are still below freezing, sap begins to flow. We do things the old fashioned way, tapping maples, hanging buckets, and collecting sap all by hand, then boiling sap and bottling delicious amber syrup for everyone to enjoy!
