We had our first photo/video session with Debi in 1997 and we had many more with her after that

She was in pretty lean shape for this session and in the gym we did mostly a rep oriented workout

Kathryn has been on the bodybuilding scene longer than anyone still competing going into the 2010 season- she began her career in 1981 and has made a steady climb from regional amateur to the point where she is finally within reach of her pro card

Since the last session with her in 1991 she had become a top national competitor, with consistent top 5 10 placements in the big shows, and continued that way for a long time after this session, finally turning pro just a few years
