In my experience, People that use a GLP-1 to interrupt reward eating & focus on non-hedonic eating (consuming a lot of lean protein & other whole foods) do great, while those that use it to simply consume less caloric intake (comprised of the same crap they ate before, just less of it), lose a lot of lean mass & end up gaining the weight back upon discontinuation (and we stop the medication in these cases when it's apparent it's just lean mass)
